Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
The flat-rate shipping costs vary within the EU, see shipping zone. Within the EU, the flat-rate shipping fee includes the respective statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.
We deliver to Germany and 3 DHL zones (EU), as well as 8 DHL Express zones (outside the EU). These are listed as follows:

The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices.
They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as VAT.
Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may further taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community purchase) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there.
The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price; they can be called up via the “Shipping costs” page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.
Prepayment
Transfer directly to our bank account.
Please use the order number as the reason for payment.
Your order will only be shipped after we have received the money in our account.
Cash on delivery
Please have the invoice amount ready; the deliverer will collect cash on delivery (no checks). Cash on delivery is subject to an additional charge [4,00 EUR Nachnahmegebühren], which must be paid directly to the parcel delivery company.
